The 2016 NvGA Conference this year is titled 'Guardianship and Community: A Positive Step Forward' and will be held in both Las Vegas and Reno. The date is March 10, 2016 for the Reno conference and March 17 for the Vegas conference. Here are the essentials:

The Nevada Supreme Court has issued an order creating a Commission to Study the Administration of Guardianships in Nevada's Courts. The Commission is expected to make its recommendations to the Supreme Court by December 31, 2015.
